Do i have to pay taxes?

tax documents on a computer screen with a man typing on the computer

In order to be payed by snapchat you will have to fill out a W-9 form (US) or W-8 form (International) if you qualified for payment.

Does it matter how many people I have added to Snapchat?

No, Snapchat Spotlight is separate from the friends you have on Snapchat.

I can not make a public profile

Some creators are not open to that feature yet. I heard having a brand new Snapchat account may impact this feature.

It says my subscribers are less than 5K followers

This is normal after you get more than 5k subscribers it will show the number you have.

Can your friends see what you post?

Yes, they can see them if you add them to the highlight section. They can also see your videos if you come up on their feed in the Spotlight section.

Does location affect the number of views I get?

No, Snapchat spotlight uses an algorithm to distribute your video to users all of let the world. I live in a small city and get lots of views just fine

Does the time of day affect the views you get?

the time is now on a piece of wood held up by a business man

No, I do not believe so. I have posted all times of the day and have not seen a difference in the number of views. The more consistent and the more you post the higher chances of success you will have.

When I post why does it show 0 views?

pending in black lettering on a white background

It was rejected

1. It had copyright music

  • Use music from the snapchat licensed music library.
  • Use music you created.
  • Use your own voice.

2. It was copyrighted content

  • Only post original content you created.
  • Don’t download and reupload content someone else created.

3. It had a watermark like the one on saved TikTok videos.

When you upload content to another platform like TikTok they put a watermark logo on the video when you download it to help prevent theft and content being uploaded to another platform. Snapchat uses an algorithm to reject videos that have a watermark like this.

4. It wasn’t in vertical format.

Horizontal videos that you commonly see on YouTube do not take up enough of the phone screen for snapchat to allow them on the Spotlight feed.

5. It was not a video.

Snapchat Spotlight will not allow photos to go on the spotlight feed. They only allow videos at this time.

6. You added a link

Do not use attachments or URLs on Snapchat Spotlight Submissions.

The algorithm just didn’t distribute it

Sometimes the algorithm will accidentally reject your video for no reason at all. Do not worry and just try to upload it again at a later time.

It was recently posted

When you first post to Snapchat Spotlight it goes through a review process. The review process can take up to a few hours before they decide if the video will go “live” or “not rejected”

How do you repurpose TikTok’s to Snapchat?

TikTok logo on a blue and ping background

Option one, you save the TikTok using the Live Photo feature (This does not save audio)

  • Crop the Live Photo to remove the watermark
  • Save as a video
  • Upload from camera roll onto Snapchat
  • Add hashtags
  • Then post

Option two, Record your video in snapchat

Record your video in snapchat and save the video when you post. Then reupload to TikTok afterwards.

Option Three, Record your video outside of the apps

This option will give you the highest quality. Record your videos on either a camera or your phones camera app. Then, edit and upload your video to Snapchat and Tiktok Separately.

Option Four, Savetok app (with audio)

SaveTok, an app created to specifically to save your videos with audio from TikTok without the watermark.

What hashtags are the best for Snapchat Spotlight?

hashtag with doodles coffee keyboard and colored pencils

The best hashtags are whatever is related to your video. Hashtags are a way to categorize your video into topics. If you want to search for something hashtags are an easy way to find it. If you’re using hashtags not related to your video you are going to get categorized by the algorithm in the wrong way. I recommend using no more then 5 hashtags to describe your video.

Can you get paid from posting?

happy Business man with computer and dollar signs

Yes, Snapchat pledged to pay creators a total of 1M per day. The process currently has these steps.

  1. Post video
  2. Your video has to “go viral” in the first 7 days
  3. You will only get paid for a 24 hour period within those 7 days.
  4. If your video qualifies, you get a message from Team Snapchat on Snapchat. The message will read: “Your Spotlight submission popular, and you may have earned money if you qualify! Please update your email and birthday in Settings now so we can contact you. If we have already updated your email or earned a previous payout, please make sure your info is correct!” This will take about 2-4 weeks after your video “went viral”
  5. Next, you will get a message in about 3-5 weeks saying: “Your Spotlight submission may have made you eligible for cash! Pending final checks, you may have earned $XXX.xx from your submission(s) that ran from Month Day, Year – Month Day, Year. If this is your first time earning, you will receive an email with instructions within 3 weeks from our payout partner, Hyperwallet. If you have previously earned cash, this will be added to your payout available at the link in the email. You must be 16 or over to receive payment. If you’re a minor in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian claim any earnings on your behalf. Please use the following Email and Access Code when signing up via the emailed link from Hyperwallet: Email: Access Code: xxxxxx Please keep your Access Code and emailed link safe, as this information will be used to claim your earnings. Do not reply to this message”
  6. Wait for your email and get paid!!!

How will i be able to withdraw my payment?

Either with your bank account or a PayPal account.

Top 10 Viral TikTok Growth Hacks for 2021

Top 10 viral TikTok growth hacks for 2021

Create original content

be original text with red and black lettering and a business man standing up

My most viral videos on TikTok were completely original and were actually made with very little effort.

I thought about something random to do or say. Recorded it and posted it.

Duet/stitch viral content

viral marketing text engraving on a metal platform

This is a really easy way to make a lot of content very quickly.

Just make sure you add something creative to the original video that makes it worth giving you the like/follow.

Answer comments

engagement text black on yellow background

Engaging with your comments is a great way to build a community with your followers and turn them into a super fan.

A super fan is someone who watches every video and supports you because they genuinely like you and your content.

The more super fans you have the more likely your video will be pushed out to a larger audience since the watch time, likes and shares are high on the videos you post.

You can also use TikTok’s video reply feature to make an extra piece of content and answer people more in-depth.

Stay up to date on TikTok trends/news/drama

New trends coming text with a loading bar on a chalk board background

By staying up to date with the TikTok community, news, and drama you will be able to make content that appeals to a large number of people due to everyone talking about it.

Just remember this content is usually temporary and not evergreen content that you’ll be able to repost in a few months

Add your own twist to the trends

Be different white text on a black and red cube background

Everyone I know of who talks about TikTok tips suggests doing TikTok trends.

Most people do not realize it’s much more important to either be one of the first people to do the trend or to be the one to make the trend different.

Either make the trend for your niche or add something funny or surprising to the trend. By doing this you will stand out and not be an exact copycat.

People will enjoy your content a lot more if you do this.

Give people a reason to follow you

How do you add value text with a hand and question mark on a chalk board

There are many different ways to do this. You need to think of it from the perspective of the follower.

Why do you follow someone?

Is it because they are helpful, funny, offer gift cards, do something crazy, etc…. You need to make your content in a way that entertains or teaches people so they hit that plus button.

Quantity leads to quality

Quantity check text and quality not checked text on a chalboard

This strategy is one that mimics the news. If you want to grow at a rapid pace you have to pump out more content then the majority of creators.

The news channels will post 50+ times in a single day and they cover a lot of different topics. If you want to have a chance competing against all the big creators I personally recommend posting 5-10 times a day.

When you post this much you will be doing a couple different things. One, you will be learning what your audience engages with. Two, you will be developing your skill and getting better at content curation.

After you successfully learn what kind of content performs well and are happy with the community you have built then go to posting 1-3 times a day.

Quantity plus speed leads to quality .

Stay consistent

consistent compelling content text on a tablet with a red coffee mug on a wood table

Consistent is one of the most important takeaways from any platform you are trying to grow.

If you post 10 times one day and then take a month off and then post 4 times and then a month later post 30 times in a day you’re going to be far too inconsistent and you’ll struggle to build a fan base that knows what to expect out of you and what to look forward to seeing.

hashtag image on a green background

Use hashtags that are relevant to the video you posted. Hashtags help the algorithm know what category your video is in so it can send the video out to the right audience.

If your video gets sent to the wrong audience and they don’t engage then your post will not be pushed to more people.

If you’re not sure what hashtag to use because your post is pretty general then no hashtags is fine and works as well. In fact most of my videos do not use hashtags since I don’t need too.

don’t delete content

delete letters being erased by a pencil eraser

If you have any reason at all to remove one of your videos just set it to private. If you want to remove it because it doesn’t have very many likes just remember TikTok stated it could take up to 30 days for your video to be picked up by the algorithm.

Lastly, if a video was removed due to a community guideline violation. I would recommend deleting this video from your profile. I’m pretty sure TikTok won’t even let you private them after they’ve been taken down.

Top 10 Fail-proof ways to make money with drone photography

Madison Sate Capital Wisconsin Drone Photo

Making money as a new photographer can be a tough challenge. I know because I struggled with making any money for the first year in business.

I have personally made up to 400$ per hour doing drone photography.

Read this blog to learn from my mistakes and make some money for yourself.

Here is the review of the drone I recommend for professional photography – The Mavic 2 Pro

1. Real Estate Photography

Kim Colby Homes 2552 Midway Dr. Stoughton Wisconsin

The Number one place drone photographers go to make some money is the real estate niche.

Realtors and brokers need professionally edited high quality drone photos to drastically increase the chances to sell a house.

I only recommended doing drone photography for middle class, high end. and commercial properties. The lower end houses just don’t need professional drone photos.

One really cool thing about being a drone photographer is you are more then likely going to be the only one at the property. This means you get to work in peace most of the time.

The downfall with real estate photography is most agents only sell low end homes and there is really high competition for the agents that use it. Some of them have a photographer already and some of them took the time to get licensed and do it themselves.

2. Construction Drone Photography

Commercial drone photography Wisconsin Beloit college powerhouse construction

There are construction projects going on all around you all the time. In my own city ther are about 10 projects happening all right now.

Construction projects are great because they are long term and need progress update photos of there projects.

I worked for almost 2 years with the Economic Development for my city. The constantly needed drone shot of the big projects happening around the city.

The really cool thing about these projects is you can test out your skills without being hired. Go to a project (do not park/stand/or land on the property), fly nearby it carefully, take your photos, and upload them to social media. I had a couple of projects where I took photos and got paid afterwards when the company seen the photos I took on social media.

3. Teach people drone photography

keyboard black keys white letters that says teach

One way you can make money is by teaching people how to fly a drone.

You can set up a class and teach a lot of people about what you do or how to do it.

Personal lessons can also make you $100-$200 per hour teaching someone one on one the basics or your tips and tricks.

4. Wedding Photography

Appleton Wisconsin wedding photo on lake

Weddings do hire drone photographers now!!!

They want to capture there event in every way possible and hire drone photographer or videographers all the time.

I was hired to do a video for my very first wedding and offered them some drone video as a bonus.

5. Marketing for businesses

Milwaukee Art Museum Milwaukee Wisconsin drone photo beautiful colorful sky

Businesses are constantly in need of marketing material to promote their business.

Drone photography is perfect for a lot of businesses. You can sell local shops nice drone photos of the downtown or sell bigger businesses photos of their own building.

Get creative and think outside the box.

6. Sell stock photos

Stock photos text over miller park Milwaukee Wisconsin drone photo

Selling your photos on stock photography websites can help bring in some extra money. Stock photos are photos businesses can purchase to use for marketing, ads, blogs, emails, etc…

  • Shutterstock is one of the best stock photography sites out there.
  • Adobe Stock is another great site to sell photos on
  • One of my favorite stock photography websites Pexels

7. PRIVATE INVESTIGATION and servaliance

Private investigators need drone operators to get to places they are not legally aloud to go but a drone can legally go. It also provides a lot more coverage compared to walking a wooded area for example.

Some police and fire rescue companies started using drones to help find criminals, lost people, and injured people. This has saved a ton of lives already. Check to see how you can get in on helping the fire or police department with this kind of work.

8. Tourism and Restaurant Industry

The tourism industry is constantly marketing the businesses to bring in travel.

Try providing hotels, restaurants, golf courses, local museums, historical properties, tourist attractions, and the city’s convention center.

All of these are great places to have drone photos of their properties.

9. selling presets

Lightroom presets are a quick way to edit a certain style or look onto your photos.

You can easily create these presets and sell them on a site like Sellfy

Here are my FREE Lightroom presets

10. STart a youtube Channel or blog

YouTube channels and blogs are a great way to attract more clients, brand deals, sponsorships, and money from advertising.

Review drone products, provide helpful tips, create tutorials, cover new topics in the niche.

Here’s a helpful tip, when you talk about a product make sure you add an affiliate link so people can purchase the products you recommend. This is a great way to make some extra money off of the helpful advice you put out for free.

The DJI Mavic 2 Pro and Zoom are two amazing professional quality drones on the market. Here’s 10 must-have accessories for the Mavic 2 series that will enhance your experience.

Here is my review on the DJI Mavic 2 Pro

1. DJI Smart Controller

The DJI Smart Controller has a built in 5.5in 1080p screen with an ultra bright display so you can operate your drone in bright sunlight. The screen is about two times as bright as a standard phone screen. The Controller offers a Full HD video view transmission from the drone up to 10km (about .6 miles) away. It can easily be tucked away making it convenient for travel. The Smart controller also handles weather really well from -4°F to 104°F or -20°C to 40°C. The DJI Smart Controller has a DJI Go Share app to easily transfer your photos to your phone. The battery life is approx. two and a half hours long. The Controller even has a built in microphone and speaker so you can livestream your flights.

2. Mavic 2 pro and zoom Batteries

The Mavic Series Battery lasts about 20 to 30 min per battery. The drone only comes with one battery and that wont last you very long. I highly recommend purchasing a couple spare batteries you will thank my later. I personally have five of them and use all five when shooting for a couple projects in a day.

3. Mavic 2 series Car Charger

Since you already know the batteries do not last very long get yourself one of these handy car chargers. It can charge your batteries while you are traveling to your location. This is also great if you forget to charge your batteries ahead of time.

4. Mavic 2 waterproof Carying Case

This Mavic 2 Waterproof Hard Cover Case is perfect for protecting your drone during travel, on the jobsite, or if you forget the case on the back of your car and drive off with it flying into the road (talking from experience). My drone was returned to me safely undamaged.

5. ND Filters for MAVIC 2

Mavic 2 pro ND filters are perfect for preventing light from entering the camera. This allows you to have more control over the shutter speed and aperture settings. Simpler terms they are like sunglasses for your drone.

6. Mavic 2 Extended Landing Gear

Extended Landing Gear is amazing if you need to take off in a snowy, rocky, or grassy area. They attach to your drones arms to raise the drone up further off the ground. If you try to take off in a rocky area you will see the propellers will hit the rocks or grass if you do not have the extensions.

7. LOW NOISE Propellers for MAVIC 2

Low Noise Propellers are great for reducing the noise of your drone and do not cost you an arm and a leg.

8. Landing Pad For MAVIC 2 Pro and zoom

This inexpensive item will allow you to take off without stirring up a lot of dust and will give you a flat surface to take of on. I personally like the square landing pad more than the circle one since it is so much easier to put away and store.

9. DJI Care Refresh For MAVIC 2

DJI Care Refresh is a protection plan that offers accidental damage coverage for your DJI Mavic 2 drone. DJI Care Refresh (one year plan) includes up to two replacements in the first year. DJI Care Refresh (two year plan) includes up to three replacements in two years and extends the warranty up to two years from the date of your purchase.

10. Lume Cube Lighting Kit for Mavic 2

Light Cubes for your Mavic 2 Pro or Mavic 2 Zoom are great for light painting photography and night time flying. These lights are lightweight, durable, with up to one and a half hours of flight time. 360° rotation will allow you to adjust the lights in any direction.

Bonus Accessory – DJI Mavic 2 Battery Charging Hub

This is one of the coolest accessories I own for my Mavic 2 Pro. It can charge three batteries, your phone, and the remote controller all at the same time. The original charger sold with the drone comes with the ability to charge four batteries but only one of them at a time. This charger drastically reduces the weight time for a full charge on all batteries!!!

NEW DRONE REVIEW: DJI Mavic 2 Pro with the Hasselblad L1D-20c Camera

I recommend this bundle for a few different reasons. First reason, Each battery lasts about 20-28 min, and this bundle comes with two extra batteries giving you three total, which is about 1h to 1.5hrs of flight time. The second reason, it comes with a ton of really important accessories like the car charger good for long trips, extra propellers, lens filters (ND 4, 8, 16, and CPL), a cleaning cloth, landing gear extension for tall grass, landing/takeoff pad, antenna reflectors to help boost the signal, 128GB SD Card, USB SD card reader to transfer photos and video, and a waterproof hard carrying case. I personally own all of these items and purchased all of them separately, which obviously cost me a bit extra. I do use all of these items when I need to.

  • Hasselblad Camera

The Hasselblad camera is a very high-quality drone camera with 20 MP and a 1-inch CMOS Sensor. Much bigger and higher quality than the Mavic Pro. It uses Natural Colour Solution (HNCS) technology to provide extremely accurate colors for your photos and videos.

  • 10-bit Dlog-M Color Profile

The Mavic Pro 2 is equipped with a 10-bit Dlog-M color profile that provides a high dynamic range for more control over the colors when editing. It records over  1 billion colors compared to the traditional 8-bit’s 16 million colors. Not only that it captures more details in the shadows and highlights, this is great if you are shooting in sunrise and sunset settings.

  • HDR Video

Most drones offer 1080p video, which is okay for most people. The Mavic 2 Pro offers 4K with up to 10-bit HDR VideFo. The Mavic Pro 2 can be plugged into a 4K TV that will properly playback the video with very accurate colors! Most people prefer HDR due to the brighter highlights and increased contrast that really make the video POP!

  • Adjustable Aperture

The Mavic 2 Pro has an Aperture range from f/2.8 to f/11. For low light shooting, change the aperture closer to f/2.8. For well-lit environments, set the aperture closer to f/11.

  • Professional Quality

With 4k Video, HDR, 1in sensor, and 20mp Raw photo, the quality is plenty enough to create stunning photos and beautiful videos. This is a great drone for professional photographers and offers more features than you will end up using.

Here is a photo I captured with the Mavic 2 Pro and Professionally Edited

Milwaukee Art Museum 5
Art Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing

The obstacle avoidance will save your drone’s life when you are not paying attention or even if you accidentally misjudge the distance of a tree or building. After owning the drone for over two years I have only crashed it once into a tree. The obstacle avoidance is not perfect and struggles to detect small branches.

  • Return to Home

The return to home feature is awesome!!! It brings the drone back to the starting point when you press the home button, or than the drone’s battery is getting too low to continue flying. This helps prevent you from falling out of the sky with a dead battery.

  • 360 Photography

The Mavic 2 Pro creates beautiful 360 photos and stitches them together in the app, allowing you to capture big areas all around you and a cool new perspective. You can upload these photos to your Facebook page and Google My Business listing.

Here is a photo I took and uploaded to my Business Listing.

  • Hyper-lapse Photography

Create Really cool time-lapse/hyper-lapse photography.

Here is My Hyper-lapse video of the Milwaukee Skyline in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

  • HDR and AEB Photography

HDR (High Dynamic Range) produces a greater range of luminosity than what is typically possible with standard imagery creating a higher quality image. AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketing) takes photos at multiple exposures and merges them together for a more evenly lit photo. This is especially good for low light conditions (sunrise and sunset) and bright conditions like middle-of-the-day shooting.

  • Panoramas

The Mavic 2 Pro comes with several different panorama options, Sphere which is the 360 panoramas, 180° panoramas, Vertical panoramas for tall structures, and Horizontal panoramas for wide areas where you just don’t have enough room to capture the whole subject.

  • Stabilization

The drone is extremely stable and can handle pretty strong winds, rain, and snow. I recommend being extremely cautious and careful about flying in dangerous weather. Just because it can handle the weather does not mean you should be flying it. Also, in stronger winds, the drone will compensate for the wind by tilting slightly, causing the horizon axis to be off. This can be corrected in post-production.

  • 31-min max. flight time

The flight time on this drone is approx 20 to 28 min from my experience. This is pretty low for a high-end drone and could be approved upon. I definitely recommend having multiple batteries and a car charger for on-the-go. I personally have five batteries, so I can manage multiple drone jobs in one day without running out of battery.

  • Does not zoom

The Mavic 2 Zoom was not as high of a quality drone but did have a cool zoom feature which they did not include in the Pro version.

  • More expensive

The higher quality drone with amazing features does come at a heavier price tag. I personally feel like the drone is well worth the price.

  • Occasionally has system problems.

I have had a couple of faulty drones in my two years of flying the Mavic 2 Pro. It has never malfunctioned during use, only before I go to take off or after a system update. This was an inconvenience but not dangerous. I recommend getting insurance with the purchase in case anything happens that is not your fault, than they will cover the cost of a replacement for you. Since it’s an expensive piece of equipment, it is a good idea to insure it anyway.

In conclusion, I recommend this drone and personally use it on a daily basis. The drone has insanely good quality, great features, and is super easy to operate. Make sure you purchase drone insurance with your purchase and extra batteries you will thank me later on.

I recommend this drone to a professional photographer, videographer, YouTuber, and vloggers. Do not forget to follow your state and federal UAV/Drone laws for hobbyists and professionals.

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

  • Easy to use
  • Great touchscreen
  • Good Autofocus
  • High-quality images for a good price
  • Doesn’t have 4k video
  • Made out of a lot of plastic
  • Dynamic Range could be improved
  • Crop Sensor

I recommend this bundle because it comes with the camera, 18-55mm STM lens, a padded camera case, a car charger, wall charger, USB card reader, two memory cards, a small tripod, 2.2x auxiliary telephoto lens, 0.43x auxiliary wide-angle lens, camera remote, a camera flash, and a few filters.

  • 24.2 MP CMOS (APS-C) Sensor

The Canon T7I camera has a great sensor with 24.2 MP that can capture a lot of depth and detail at a decent resolution. This camera sensor can accomplish amazing images with the right lenses and settings.

  • Optical Viewfinder

The optical view finder has a 45 point all cross-type AF system. The Viewfinder helps you quickly focus on your subject even if your subject is not in the center of the frame. It’s also very fast with very little lag time so you capture the image you want.

  • Fast & Accurate AF

This camera has a dual pixel AF system with phase detection. Very fast and accurate calculation of how far away the subject is. which tells the lens where it should focus, and offers rapid, accurate autofocus that will stay locked on your subject, even if the subject is moving fast, for both photography or videography.

  • Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth Capability

This camera can shoot up from a long-range distance using the canon mobile app, you can download images directly to your phone for both apple and android, and it can easily connect to a remote shutter.

  • Low and high-angle shooting

The screen can flip out and be adjusted for low and high-angle shooting to allow for more control over what you are capturing. This is a very convenient feature for me.

  • Feature Assistant

Feature assistant is an amazing interface for new users to understand the camera and help guide them in the process of learning its features

  • Full HD 1080P

Not quite 4k but plenty enough to take high-quality video especially if you only plan on uploading to social media 1080P is standard.

  • High-speed Continuous Shooting at up to 6.0 fps

High Speed continues shooting allows you to capture many images at a fast pace. This is really convenient to have when shooting sports, taking photos of kids, and capturing those excited animals.

  • Affordable

The Canon T7I is a very affordable camera for beginner photographers or hobbyists. It provides good quality images and has a lot of features without hurting your pockets.

  • Easy to use

As an intro-level professional photography camera, it is very user-friendly, easy to learn, and helps guide you with the feature assistant.

  • Great touchscreen

The touchscreen on the Canon T7I is very responsive, easy to navigate, and offers a lot of features on the screen.

  • Good Autofocus

The autofocus on this camera is easy to use, works really well and is accurate.

  • Doesn’t have 4k video

If you plan on just using this camera for personal use, photography, or social media then the 1080p resolution is plenty. For those of you who want to be a professional videographer, I recommend going with a 4K camera.

  • Made out of a lot of plastic

The camera does feel a lot cheaper than some of the competitors due to the plastic body. This doesn’t affect its performance or quality of images. It’s more of a preference for some people.

  • Dynamic Range could be improved

The camera does not produce the best quality video in low-light conditions.

  • Crop Sensor

Most cameras are going to be mirrorless cameras now instead of a crop sensor. This camera is still a great starter camera but will go out of style in the future. Some people prefer the crop sensor still and it does still produce high-quality images at a cheaper price than some of the competitors.

In conclusion, I recommend this camera and personally use it to capture real estate photos, portraits, wedding videos, headshots, sunsets, and so much more. I think they could improve the product by extending the battery life, improving the low light performance, and upgrading the camera to take 4k video. All in all, it is still a great camera, very affordable, and offers a lot of really cool features.

I recommend this product to someone just getting into the photography niche, a beginner blogger, or someone just taking on photography as a hobby.

I recommend this bundle since it comes with the 1-inch sensor, 360 lens mod, multiple batteries, and invisible selfie stick. I made the mistake of purchasing all of this separately and it cost a little bit extra. This bundle comes with everything I personally need.

Key Features

ONE R Twin Edition transforms from a cool 360 camera to a 4K wide-angle lens with 60fps. Great for all kinds of vlogging and photography!

One R 1-inch sensor offers 4k at 60fps with 19MP or 5.3K 30fps on a much bigger sensor!!! Easily interchangeable with the other two lens mods.

  • Creative modes

Insta360 One R is able to do stop motion, tiny planets, time flip, cinematic slow-mo, stabilized hyper-lapse, and much more…

  • Deep Track

This camera has the ability to track its subjects during video mode. Great for sports and action vloggers.

  • Waterproof

Waterproof up to 5m (16.4ft) deep and handles rainy days well.

  • FlowState Stabilization

FlowState gives you gimbal-like stabilization without having a gimbal. It uses a new algorithm that detects the scenery, your footage will stay clear, smooth, and steady even in low light situations.

  • Invisible Selfie Stick Effect

Insta360 ONE R Invisible Selfie Stick feature allows you to capture low flying drone angles and creative perspectives while using the 360 Dual-Lens Mod. This invisible selfie stick is also great for taking 3D/360 real estate photography tours.

  • AI Editing

AI editing will stitch the photos in the camera for you. This camera also has HDR bracketing to help achieve the best image by taking three photos and merging them into one photo. One exposed for the highlights, one exposed for the shadows, and one in-between.

  • Touch Screen

This camera has touch screen navigation.

  • Affordable

As far as 360 cameras go the Insta360 ONE R is very affordable with great quality. I personally use this camera for 3D home tours for real estate.

  • Good app design

Compared to its competitors Insta360 has a very user friendly and easy to navigate app.

  • Flexibility with different camera modules

Insta360 ONE R Twin Edition can easily change from a 360-degree camera to a wide-angle 4K action camera with 60fps. All you have to do is swap out the lenses.

  • Great for real estate

This camera is compatible with Matterport, high quality, and has a selfie stick removal feature to remove the stand from your images. This is a great starter camera for real estate 3D/360 tours.

  • Lens is easily damaged

Personally I have broken one of these lenses. I was doing a 3D/360 virtual tour outdoors and the camera tipped over with a gust of wind and the lens was scratched by the pavement. Make sure you get a wait on the bottom of the stand to make sure it doesn’t tip over. If the lens gets scratched you have to replace the whole 360 mod which is the most expensive part of the whole camera.

  • Short battery lifespan

After using this product for a while I had to purchase a couple extra batteries. they are very cheap and are very important if you plan on doing a big property, blogging for a few hours, or a long hike.

  • Menu screen is not user friendly

The menu screen takes a bit to learn how to navigate and is very small. This makes it a bit hard to use with bigger fingers hahaha

  • Menu is difficult to access with One Inch mod.

The One inch mod is pretty cool but does cover up part of the menu screen making it nearly impossible to navigate during use.

In conclusion, I recommend this camera and personally use it to capture 360 virtual real estate tours. I think they could improve the product by extending the battery life, making the selfie stick heavier so the camera doesn’t tip over while taking stand-alone photos, and figuring out a better way to position the menu screen so it doesn’t get blocked by the 1-inch mod. All in all, it is still a great camera, very affordable, and offers a lot of really cool features.

Who I recommend the product to

I recommend this product to someone just getting into the 360 photography niche, an action blogger, and anyone looking for a creative way to capture their story.
